Pueblo, CO – Severe weather is expected to strike parts of Colorado today, with large hail and strong winds posing a significant threat along the I-25 corridor and surrounding areas. The National Weather Service in Pueblo has issued a warning for hail up to the size of golf balls, which could reach 1.75 inches in diameter. The storms are predicted to develop between 2 and 9 PM MDT.

According to the National Weather Service, northern sections of the I-25 corridor, including Pueblo, El Paso, and Lincoln Counties, are particularly at risk. In addition to the large hail, winds could gust up to 70 mph, potentially causing dangerous conditions for drivers and outdoor activities.
