Friday will continue the sunny trend, with highs near 43°F in Grand Junction. A slight chance of snow showers arrives late Friday night, but accumulations are expected to be minimal. Heading into the weekend, Saturday promises mostly sunny conditions with highs near 36°F.
Drivers traveling on I-70 or nearby highways should remain cautious of lingering icy patches overnight as temperatures drop. Residents are advised to bundle up in the early mornings and evenings, as lows will hover in the teens.
Looking ahead, Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday will feature clear skies and highs in the upper 30s, continuing a gradual warming trend.
