Pueblo, CO – Southern Colorado residents can look forward to a stretch of bright skies and warm fall temperatures heading into Thursday, October 9. After several cool, foggy mornings, sunshine and mild breezes will return, offering perfect weather for outdoor plans, fall decorating, and early Halloween prep.

According to the National Weather Service in Pueblo, highs will climb into the upper 70s and low 80s across Colorado Springs and nearby areas by midweek. Southeast winds around 10 mph will bring drier air and better visibility along major routes, including I-25 and Highway 24. Commuters and travelers should still use caution early as patchy fog may linger during the morning drive.

By Thursday, mostly sunny skies and low humidity will create ideal leaf-viewing and pumpkin-patch conditions across El Paso and Fremont Counties. Friday may see a few clouds and isolated light showers, but the overall pattern remains stable.

Looking ahead, the weekend forecast stays pleasant with highs near 77°F on Saturday and 73°F on Sunday. Winds may pick up slightly from the southwest, but no major storms or cold snaps are expected through early next week.

Residents planning outdoor events should take advantage of this calm fall stretch before cooler temperatures arrive later in October.
