Pulido is described as Hispanic, about 5’10” and 180 pounds, with black hair showing signs of graying, balding on top with longer hair in the back. He reportedly has a full beard that is black and white in color but no mustache.
Investigators believe he may be traveling on a 2000 maroon Harley-Davidson motorcycle with Nebraska plate number 68-325. Authorities issued a BOLO (Be On the Lookout) and are asking the public for assistance in locating him.
