According to the National Weather Service, powerful winds will impact the Front Range through Sunday, with gusts of 40 to 60 mph common above 8,000 feet. Areas above the timberline may see gusts up to 75 mph. Meanwhile, the urban corridor will see highs in the upper 60s by Monday, well above seasonal averages.
