Glen Ellyn, Ill. — The College of DuPage (COD) students will perform Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “Cinderella” from July 11 to 19.
At the Belushi Performance Hall, COD Theatre actors and actresses will dress in elaborate costumes to perform a Broadway adaptation. Over the weekends of July 11 to 19, performances will be Friday nights at 7:00 p.m., Saturdays at 2:00 and 7:00 p.m. and Sundays at 3:00 p.m. Tickets for the production can be purchased online.
The COD Theatre program is for students pursuing theatre studies, those with an interest in theater and taking theatre elective credits, and community members interested in joining local theater productions. COD offers courses in acting, improvisation, directing, voice and diction, theater appreciation, stage movement, stagecraft, stage management, stage make-up, technical production, combat and audition, the COD website says.
