Light to moderate snow accumulations are expected through Wednesday, especially in the west-northwest wind snow belts. Wind chills could drop to -10°F overnight, making for dangerous outdoor conditions.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny with a high near 12°F, but the temperature will plummet to -2°F overnight. Wednesday brings a 20% chance of snow showers in the afternoon, with a high of 17°F. Heavier snowfall is likely Wednesday night, with temperatures dropping to 12°F.

Snow showers continue Thursday morning before giving way to partly sunny skies. Friday will be the warmest day, reaching 22°F, but snow showers return Friday night.

Motorists should remain cautious of slick roads, particularly along US-41 and M-28. Residents are advised to dress in layers and limit exposure to extreme cold.
