Baltimore County, MD – Detectives have charged a 65-year-old man in connection with a deadly incident in Cockeysville earlier this week. The suspect, identified as Karl Geiger, was arrested following the September 15, 2025 homicide of 69-year-old Patricia Watson-Geiger. He is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
According to the Baltimore County Police Department, officers responded to the 1200 block of Oakcroft Drive around 8:25 p.m. Monday. When they arrived, they found Patricia Watson-Geiger suffering from apparent trauma to her upper body. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say Geiger now faces a first-degree murder charge. Detectives with the Homicide Unit continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the case.
