Cleveland, OH – A calm weekend will give way to breezier conditions Monday as a cold front crosses northern Ohio, according to the National Weather Service in Cleveland.

Sunday remains dry with a mix of sun and clouds, bringing highs in the mid- to upper 50s and light southwest winds. Overnight lows will dip into the upper 30s to lower 40s before winds begin to increase late.

By Monday afternoon, southwest to west winds will gust between 25 and 35 mph, particularly near the Lake Erie shoreline. While most of Ohio will stay dry, a few spotty showers are possible in far northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania, mainly near Ashtabula, Erie, and Edinboro.

The front will usher in slightly cooler air but no significant precipitation. Forecasters say tranquil, seasonal weather is expected to return Tuesday, keeping early November conditions comfortable for much of the region.
