Cleveland, OH – The National Weather Service in Cleveland says cloudy and seasonably cool weather will continue across northern Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania today, with a few isolated lake-effect rain showers possible in far northeastern counties.
Forecasters expect highs between 52°F and 57°F, about 5–10 degrees below late-October averages. Areas along and east of Cleveland, Ashtabula, and Erie, PA, may see spotty showers during the day, while locations farther inland — including Toledo, Mansfield, and Canton — will stay mostly dry.
Skies will remain partly to mostly cloudy through the day with light winds and cool air off Lake Erie. Tonight, temperatures are expected to fall into the upper 30s to low 40s, with drier conditions settling in overnight.
The NWS says this cool, fall-like pattern will hold through Sunday before a gradual warming trend begins early next week.
