Cleveland, OH –Snow and a rain/snow mix will continue moving east across Ohio through Friday evening. Most areas will receive a dusting, but portions of north-central Ohio and northwestern Pennsylvania could see up to 2 inches of accumulation.

According to the National Weather Service Cleveland, snowfall will persist through tonight before clearing on Saturday. The highest accumulation is expected in northern Ohio, including Cleveland, Akron, and Youngstown, as well as parts of Pennsylvania near Erie and Meadville.

Travelers should exercise caution as roads could become slick, especially on bridges and overpasses. Visibility may also be reduced in heavier bursts of snow.

Temperatures will gradually rise on Saturday, bringing sunny skies and improved road conditions. This brief winter blast will give way to a warmer weekend, making travel and outdoor activities more manageable.
