Cleveland, OH – Fall weather has settled over northern Ohio with seasonable temperatures returning, according to the National Weather Service Cleveland. Highs are expected to remain in the 60s through midweek, while overnight lows dip into the 40s starting this weekend.

According to the National Weather Service’s extended outlook, most of the region will stay dry through Saturday before a cold front brings a higher chance of rain on Sunday. Cities including Cleveland, Elyria, and Erie, PA show a 50–60% chance of precipitation Sunday, while inland areas such as Findlay, Mansfield, and Marion remain mostly dry.

Daytime highs across northern Ohio range from the mid-60s to lower 70s through early next week, with cooler conditions expected Tuesday and Wednesday. Overnight lows will gradually warm from the upper 30s Thursday night to the upper 40s by Sunday, keeping mornings brisk but comfortable for mid-October.

Forecasters note that after the Sunday front moves east, dry and mild conditions should return early next week — good news for outdoor plans and fall activities across the region.
