The National Weather Service reports that a cold front will move into Kansas City Friday night, bringing widely scattered showers and dropping temperatures into the mid-40s by Saturday morning. While Friday’s high reaches 79°F, expect cooler weather for the rest of the weekend, with Saturday highs only reaching the low 70s.

Sunday will bring clearer skies and a slightly warmer afternoon with highs near 79°F, but fans heading out early should dress for morning lows around 50°F. Whether you’re attending post-game celebrations or outdoor events, it’s advised to pack a jacket and prepare for cooler weather, especially during the evenings.

Looking into next week, Monday will see a return to warmer, sunny conditions with highs in the mid-80s. Football fans celebrating the Chiefs’ victory can enjoy a mild fall weekend—just don’t forget to dress for the chill!
