Chicago, IL – Warm temperatures will continue through midweek, accompanied by occasional showers and thunderstorms, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
The NWS forecasts that Sunday will see highs ranging from 76 to 86 degrees, cooler near the lake, with a slight chance of showers near Highway 24 in the afternoon. Monday brings the highest chances of scattered storms, particularly northwest of I-55, with temperatures between 82 and 87 degrees.
Tuesday’s forecast predicts windy conditions and a continued chance of morning storms, with highs reaching up to 90 degrees. Breezy and sunny weather is anticipated for Wednesday and Thursday, with highs from 73 to 79 degrees.
