Chicago, IL – Unseasonably warm and dry weather will extend into early next week across the Chicago area, with temperatures soaring up to 82 degrees. A pleasant weekend of sunshine and mild conditions is expected for the region.
According to the National Weather Service in Chicago, Sunday and Monday will see highs between 75 and 82 degrees. Overnight lows will dip to the mid-40s. By Tuesday, cloud cover will increase slightly, and there is a slim 15% chance of light sprinkles as a cold front begins to approach.
Wednesday will bring cooler temperatures ranging from 65 to 73 degrees, with a higher chance of a few showers as the cold front moves through. Despite the potential for rain, most areas are expected to stay mostly dry.
