Starting Monday, pavement patching will cause overnight lane and ramp closures on the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) between Cicero and Central Park avenues in both directions.
According to the Illinois Department of Transportation, the closures will occur from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays, from 10 p.m. Fridays to 8 a.m. Saturdays, and from 10 p.m. Saturdays to 8 a.m. Sundays. At least one lane in each direction will remain open.
Motorists should use adjacent entrances and exits as no detours will be posted. The project is expected to be completed in early July. For more information, visit idot.click/u6h.
