Manson, WA – Two suspects were arrested after Chelan County deputies responded to a trespassing report at an Airbnb property in the 1900 block of Lakeshore Drive in Manson on October 28, 2025.
According to the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office, the property owner—who uses the residence as an Airbnb—reported seeing individuals on-site through security footage when no one was supposed to be there. Deputies confirmed the home was not currently rented out but was for sale.
Through video surveillance, deputies identified a suspect vehicle and later conducted a traffic stop after spotting it near the property. Inside, officers found two individuals who matched the people seen on camera.
The suspects were identified as Jose Eduardo Ramos-Arellano, 20, of Palisades, and Aida Perez-Ramirez, 19, of Bridgeport. Both allegedly admitted to being inside the home and were booked into the Chelan County Regional Justice Center for residential burglary. Ramos-Arellano also faces charges of driving with a suspended license and had multiple outstanding warrants.
The Sheriff’s Office said deputies will continue their work to ensure “a community where safety, justice, and security are ensured for all.”
