Penhollow and Wilcox were each charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd and 3rd degrees, and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, according to the sheriff’s office.
Green, Lutgen, and Breen were each charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree, and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree.
