Green Bay, WI – Showers and thunderstorms are expected at various times today, with the greatest risk of severe weather occurring between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Some of these storms could become strong, particularly across central and east-central Wisconsin.
According to the US National Weather Service in Green Bay, severe weather this afternoon and evening could bring hail and gusty winds. Localized heavy rainfall is also possible, which may result in flooding in certain areas. Highs are forecasted to range from 80°F to 86°F.
Tonight, showers and thunderstorms will continue, with a few strong or severe storms possible early in the evening. The storms are expected to move from northwest to southeast, exiting east-central Wisconsin after midnight. Lows will be between 64°F and 71°F.
Friday’s weather looks calmer, with partly cloudy skies and highs reaching 87°F. The weekend forecast shows a mix of sunshine and clouds, with highs around 87°F on Saturday and 83°F on Sunday.
Next week, temperatures will be cooler, with highs in the mid-70s and lows dropping to the upper 50s. Rain chances will decrease, and conditions will be more stable, providing a brief respite from the stormy weather.
