According to the National Weather Service in Wilmington, patchy fog will linger briefly Tuesday morning before giving way to sunshine and highs near 75°F. Skies will stay clear Tuesday night with lows around 50°F, followed by more sunshine Wednesday and Thursday as dry air spreads in from the north. By midweek, afternoon highs will range from the upper 60s to near 70°F with cool, comfortable evenings.
Residents across Franklin, Delaware, and Licking Counties can expect excellent visibility for mid-October travel along I-70 and I-71. The calm weather also provides perfect timing for local school events, pumpkin patches, and fall yard cleanups. The National Weather Service expects light north to northeast winds under 10 mph — ideal for leaf viewing and outdoor sports.
By Friday night, clouds will increase as a weak system approaches from the west. Scattered showers become possible Saturday, with higher rain chances by Sunday morning. Temperatures remain mild, with no frost or freeze risk through the weekend.
