North-northeast winds will continue at 6 to 10 mph Wednesday, keeping daytime highs capped near 79 degrees. Conditions improve by Thursday, with mostly sunny skies and highs reaching the low 80s.
Drivers in Marion and surrounding counties should expect some reduced visibility at times during the early morning hours due to persistent cloud cover, though widespread fog is not expected. Outdoor activities and commutes look favorable heading into Friday, when skies turn fully sunny and highs reach 82.
A weak disturbance could bring a 20 percent chance of showers to central Indiana Saturday afternoon, but dry conditions dominate for most of the weekend. Residents planning outdoor events should keep an eye on skies Saturday but can expect sunshine to return Sunday with highs in the upper 70s.
