According to the US National Weather Service Central Illinois, temperatures will remain below normal over the next week. Dry conditions are expected through most of the weekend, with high temperatures ranging from 76 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. However, humidity is anticipated to increase starting Sunday night, leading to a shift in weather patterns.
Friday and Saturday will see sunny skies with temperatures between 76-85 degrees. Nighttime lows will range from 57 to 64 degrees, ensuring pleasant evenings. As humidity returns on Sunday, temperatures will stay between 79-86 degrees during the day, with nighttime lows creeping up to 67 degrees.
Monday will start similarly, with temperatures reaching up to 85 degrees. However, the weather will take a turn by Tuesday, with scattered thunderstorms likely. The high temperatures for Monday and Tuesday are expected to be between 80-85 degrees, with nighttime lows between 63-68 degrees.
