Deputies determined that the driver, identified as 46-year-old Rochelle Lanae Tennant of Elkhart, Indiana, was heading south when she allegedly lost control of her vehicle on icy pavement, causing it to leave the roadway and land in a ditch.
Authorities said two juvenile passengers were transported by SMCAS Ambulance to Corewell Niles Hospital for evaluation of non-life-threatening injuries. The driver was not reported to be seriously injured.
