MANTENO – Two people are in the hospital this afternoon after a Semi rear-ended their vehicle Thursday morning on I-57.
Illinois State Police reported the accident earlier this morning. Details surrounding the wreck are limited at this time.
No update was given on the extent of the victims’ injuries, but State Troopers confirmed those injuries were non-life-threatening.
