Starting Sunday, April 13, East Los Angeles will experience a noticeable shift in spring conditions. Patchy fog is expected before 11 a.m. daily, but will clear to reveal sunny afternoons with highs ranging from 71°F to 77°F through Wednesday, April 16.

According to the National Weather Service, Sunday begins with morning fog and a high near 74°F by afternoon. Light southwest winds will range from 5 to 10 mph, keeping the air calm but clear. Monday continues the trend, with another foggy morning turning into a mostly sunny day and highs near 73°F.

Drivers along I-10 and I-5 should exercise caution during morning commutes as low visibility could slow traffic before clearing mid-morning. No major rain or storm activity is expected this week, offering residents an opportunity to enjoy spring conditions with minimal disruption.

Tuesday and Wednesday will remain mostly sunny, with temperatures in the low 70s and lows hovering near 51°F to 53°F at night. Fog risk continues through midweek mornings before giving way to clear afternoons. Winds remain light and variable, contributing to mild and consistent spring patterns.
