According to the National Weather Service, the warning applies to areas including Primm, Searchlight, Baker, and Mountain Pass, where Interstate 15 is likely to see icy and snow-covered roads. Nipton Road, connecting Nipton and Searchlight, is also forecast to experience challenging travel conditions.
