Hamilton, OH – Two Hamilton residents face felony drug charges after Butler County deputies and a regional narcotics task force seized methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cash during a search warrant execution Thursday morning.

According to Sheriff Richard K. Jones, the Butler County Undercover Regional Narcotics Task Force (B.U.R.N.), working with the Hamilton Police Department, searched a home on Bryant Lane around 9:04 a.m. on November 6. Officers recovered four pounds of methamphetamine, 1.6 grams of fentanyl, about 70 pressed pills, and $10,000 in cash.

Authorities arrested 38-year-old Dominick Brown of Bryant Lane, charging him with possession of methamphetamine (F2). A warrant has also been issued for 40-year-old Obryan Chapman of Hamilton on a first-degree felony possession charge, with additional charges pending.

Sheriff Jones emphasized his office’s continued focus on combating drug trafficking across Butler County. “Every gram of this poison we take off the street is a life we’re potentially saving,” he stated. “We will not allow these criminals to destroy families in our community.”

The investigation remains active, and further charges may be announced as evidence is processed.
