Buffalo, N.Y. – Western and central New York will enjoy a stretch of warm, quiet weather Wednesday, with afternoon highs climbing into the low 80s after a cool start. Drivers may see early patches of fog or low clouds, but skies will brighten quickly by midday.
According to the National Weather Service in Buffalo, early morning clouds and isolated showers are possible near the Finger Lakes and into the North Country, though most areas will dry out by late morning. Skies turn mostly sunny to partly cloudy, with temperatures peaking between 76 and 82 degrees across Western New York. The Southern Tier is expected to top out near 81 degrees, while North-Central regions will see highs in the upper 70s to low 80s.
