Bradley, IL – Parents in the Bradley Elementary School District #61 are being reminded to submit all required student physicals and immunization records by Wednesday, October 15, or risk their child being excluded from school starting Thursday, October 16.
According to a notice from the district’s Health Office, the deadline applies to Pre-K, Kindergarten, 6th-grade, and new-to-district students. The requirement follows the Illinois State mandate (105 ILCS 5/27-8.1), which ensures all students meet health compliance standards before attending school.
District officials emphasized that students who do not have up-to-date health and vaccination records on file will not be allowed to attend classes after Wednesday until documentation is complete.
Parents are encouraged to contact their school’s nurse with questions or to confirm compliance:
- Nurse Johnna – East: 815-933-2233
- Nurse Wendy – West: 815-933-2216
- Nurse Shafer – Central: 815-939-3564
Families are urged to act quickly to avoid interruptions in attendance and ensure a smooth continuation of the school year.
