Bradley, IL – Book lovers in Bradley will have a chance to stock up on new reads this week as the Bradley Public Library hosts its semiannual book sale, made possible by a wave of recent community donations.
According to a post by the library on social media, the two-day event kicks off Friday, April 25, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and continues Saturday, April 26, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The sale will be held at the library, located at 296 N. Fulton Ave.
Organized by the Friends of the Bradley Public Library, the sale will feature a wide selection of gently used books for all ages, including fiction, nonfiction, children’s literature, and more. Proceeds from the event will support library programs, resources, and community outreach initiatives.
Library officials credited a recent influx of donations for what they expect to be one of their most robust offerings to date. Patrons are encouraged to arrive early for the best selection, and cash or check payments are typically accepted at the sale.
Parking is available onsite, and staff will be present to assist visitors throughout the event.
