BOURBONNAIS, IL – Just under 48 hours after the apprehension of an individual found in possession of a defaced 9mm firearm nearby, Bourbonnais’ Brow Threading Salon on 541 Main St NW fell victim to an alarming armed robbery, leaving employees and customers shaken to the core.
The daring intruder barged into the establishment, demanding immediate access to the cash register and seizing both money and cell phones from those inside the building. Victims would later be corralled into a back room before the perpetrator made a swift escape. Remarkably, no injuries were reported in the incident.
As the investigation unfolds, authorities are urging anyone with knowledge of these incidents to come forward.
