Bourbonnais, IL – The Maternity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church will host a community blood drive on Wednesday, June 26, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Parish Center, located at 300 Marsile Street in Bourbonnais. Community members are encouraged to participate in this lifesaving event.
According to the event organizers, participants can pre-schedule their appointments online or walk in on the day of the drive. Donors are advised to bring a government-issued photo ID and ensure they have eaten a healthy meal and hydrated well before donating. The blood drive is organized in partnership with Versiti Blood Center of Illinois, emphasizing that each donation can potentially save up to three lives.
