Boulder County, CO – The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office has issued a High Wind Warning for Tuesday, December 9, 2025, and announced a prohibition on all open burning — including agricultural burning — effective 12:01 AM through 11:59 PM Tuesday.
Strong and gusty winds are expected to increase the risk of rapid fire spread, prompting Fire Management officials to restrict all outdoor burning activity.
