Boston, MA – Massachusetts will see a stretch of seasonable and dry weather through the weekend, followed by a potential shift toward unsettled conditions next week, according to the US National Weather Service Boston.

Forecasters say Thursday and Friday will bring partly sunny skies with only brief spot showers possible. Highs will remain in the upper 50s to low 60s before dipping into the 40s and low 50s over the weekend as cooler air moves in.

Saturday and Sunday are expected to be mainly dry, with cool but pleasant fall conditions continuing across much of eastern New England. By early next week, forecasters are monitoring the potential for a coastal storm to develop between mid- and late-week, though confidence in its track and impact remains low at this time.

Residents are advised to enjoy the calm stretch while preparing for possible changes next week as the weather pattern becomes more active.
