Boston, MA – Cool and dry conditions will continue through the remainder of the weekend across Massachusetts, according to the National Weather Service in Boston. While most areas will stay dry, there is a small chance for a few light showers over the Cape and Islands Sunday afternoon and evening.
Temperatures tonight are expected to drop into the upper 20s and low 40s, with the coldest readings in interior and higher-elevation areas. Urban centers and coastal zones should stay milder, holding in the upper 30s.
Sunday will bring partly sunny skies and highs in the upper 40s to mid-50s, with a light ocean breeze and a low chance of isolated coastal showers. By Monday, forecasters expect increasing clouds and scattered showers to develop over eastern Massachusetts, especially during the afternoon and evening. Highs will remain in the low to mid-50s.
Residents should expect classic fall conditions — cool mornings, crisp afternoons, and the first hints of November chill.
