Glasgow, Mont. – The National Weather Service in Glasgow reports that Arctic air remains entrenched across northern Montana, keeping temperatures well below normal to start the week.
A Cold Advisory is in effect through 10 a.m. Monday for the Hi-Line region, where wind chills have dropped into the single digits and below zero in some areas.
While conditions will gradually moderate by midweek, the region can expect continued temperature swings and occasional light snow chances through Friday.
Residents are urged to bundle up and use caution outdoors, as exposure to cold wind chills may lead to frostbite or hypothermia if proper precautions aren’t taken.
