Birmingham, Alabama – Warm, dry air will dominate central Alabama through Monday, with afternoon temperatures climbing into the mid-80s and little relief overnight as mild conditions persist.

According to the National Weather Service in Birmingham, rain chances remain near zero through Monday, with highs ranging from 71 to 82 degrees and overnight lows holding in the mid-40s to low 50s. This stretch of quiet weather will allow for consistent outdoor conditions but could contribute to dry ground in some areas.

Cities including Tuscaloosa, Montgomery, and Anniston will see similar warmth, with partly cloudy skies and light winds. By Tuesday, a shift begins as moisture increases, bringing a 3 to 11 percent chance of rain. That risk rises slightly into Wednesday, when scattered showers could develop with probabilities up to 25 percent.

Despite the midweek rain chances, temperatures will remain above average, reaching the upper 70s to low 80s. By Thursday, dry conditions return with highs again pushing into the mid-80s across much of the region.

Residents should take advantage of the dry stretch early in the week while staying aware of changing conditions by midweek. Additional updates may follow as rain chances increase.
