Macon, GA – A high-risk drug search warrant on the 700 block of Key Court Thursday led to more than $712,000 in seizures and two arrests, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

According to investigators, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit—assisted by the Gang Unit, Patrol Division, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation—executed the warrant on November 19. Deputies reportedly recovered over fifty pounds of marijuana, four pounds of cocaine, thirty-nine grams of crack cocaine, seven grams of ecstasy, and $5,630 in cash.

The sheriff’s office also reported seizing multiple firearms, including a Glock 22 .40-caliber handgun, Glock 32 .357-caliber handgun, FN 510 10mm handgun, a Smith & Wesson M&P .45-caliber handgun, and an Anderson Arms 300 Blackout assault rifle. High-capacity magazines, including a 50-round drum, were also recovered.

Deputies additionally seized three vehicles as evidence: a 1980 Ford F-150, a 2024 Honda Accord, and a 2022 Kia K5. The total estimated value of all seized items was listed at $712,630, including roughly $639,600 in narcotics.

During the search, Jimmie Lee Jones and Kinjarra Bonner were taken into custody and transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. According to the sheriff’s office, both individuals were charged with Trafficking Marijuana, Trafficking Cocaine, Trafficking Crack Cocaine, Possession of Schedule I Ecstasy with Intent to Distribute, and five counts of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony. Their bonds have been denied.

Sheriff David J. Davis said the operation removed “dangerous drugs and potentially dangerous weapons” from the community, adding that the seizure “helped make our community safer and have quite possibly saved innocent lives.”
