Macon, GA – A major narcotics investigation in Bibb County led to the arrest of a suspected drug dealer and the seizure of fentanyl, firearms, and stolen vehicles in the Rocky Creek area, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators with the Bibb County Drug Unit, Gang Unit, Georgia State Patrol, GBI Middle Georgia Gang Task Force, and federal agents coordinated the arrest after seizing a kilo of fentanyl allegedly en route to the suspect.

According to authorities, the raid uncovered a quantity of marijuana, handguns, an AR pistol, a Draco AK47 rifle, ammunition, magazines, and a stolen Honda 450 dirt bike. Deputies also recovered a black Dodge Charger reported stolen out of DeKalb County. Investigators said the vehicle had a “re-vin or flip vin” to conceal its true identity.

The suspect was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center.

Officials have not released the suspect’s name at this time, but the investigation remains ongoing.
