
LAS VEGAS — The city offers plenty of festive date-night ideas to make the Christmas season extra special.
Christmas time in Las Vegas is a magical time of festive Christmas spirit and twinkling lights waiting to be explored by couples. From ice skating in Downtown Summerlin to a romantic carriage ride, there are plenty of ways to express your love for that special person in your life.
Ice Skating at Rock Rink
Enjoy some fun with your date at the Rock Rink outdoor skating rink. Open from Nov. 14, 2025, through Jan. 19, 2026, the skating rink will be transformed into a winter wonderland. Last year, the rink featured a 40-foot glittering holiday tree.
Skating rentals will start at $18.
Opening hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 4 p.m.–9 p.m.
- Friday: 4 p.m.–10 p.m.
- Saturday: 10 a.m.–10 p.m.
- Sunday: 11 a.m.–8 p.m.
Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides at Tivoli Village
Feel like you’ve been transported into a Christmas movie by going on a horse-drawn carriage ride at Tivoli Village. The beautifully adorned horse carries you and your through the twinkling streets of Tivoli Village decked with seasonal decorations.
TRides begin Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025, and run Thursdays through Saturdays leading up to Christmas, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. It’s recommended to arrive early, as rides are free and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Dinner at Eiffel Tower Restaurant
Eat at one of Las Vegas’ most exclusive restaurants with a view that overlooks the twinkling lights on the Strip. This year, the Eiffel Tower Restaurant is hosting a very special Christmas Eve and Day menu to celebrate the season. The menu features classic French cuisine with a touch of seasonal elegance.

Christmas Display at Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens
Take a stroll through the Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens with your date. Enjoy the 14,000-square-foot Botanical Gardens, transformed into a Christmas wonderland, running from Nov. 15, 2025, through Jan. 3, 2026. This year, there’ll be thousands of twinkling lights, floral sculptures, and a 40-foot holiday tree.
