According to the Berks County Sheriff’s Office, 37-year-old Yony Sena-Sanchez allegedly broke into a victim’s bedroom on August 25, 2025, and attacked the person with a machete. The victim suffered a laceration and bruising to the leg before the assault was stopped when the suspect’s wife entered the room.

Deputies said Sena-Sanchez fled the scene before officers arrived. He is now wanted on charges of aggravated assault and possessing an instrument of a crime.
