Authorities say 47-year-old Samantha R. Gilroy was taken into custody on outstanding narcotics-related warrants. Thomas Clay Rutherford, 42, was arrested separately on an active warrant for probation violations linked to felony drug offenses.
Deputies say the search of the residence uncovered approximately 86 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 5 grams of suspected fentanyl, two handguns, an extended magazine, ammunition, and U.S. currency. Additional narcotics and firearm charges are reportedly pending against Rutherford based on evidence gathered during the investigation.
