These strong winds could make travel difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles, and may blow around unsecured outdoor items such as decorations, trash bins, and light structures.
The advisory remains in effect through Friday evening, October 31, 2025. The highest wind impacts are expected in areas such as Cumberland, Hagerstown, and Oakland, while Baltimore and Washington, D.C. will still experience blustery conditions through the day.
