Baltimore County, MD – Detectives are investigating a homicide in Monkton after officers discovered a woman dead early Monday morning.
According to the Baltimore County Police Department, officers responded at approximately 6:15 a.m. to the 900 block of Maplehurst Lane following reports of a domestic disturbance. When they arrived, police found an adult female with trauma-related injuries. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Authorities stated that a person of interest is currently being questioned in connection with the case. Police emphasized that there is no ongoing threat to the community.
