According to the Baltimore County Police Department, officers responded around 9:45 p.m. Sunday, October 12, to the 3700 block of North Point Road after reports of a serious collision. Investigators determined that a 2024 Honda Accord traveling eastbound crossed the double yellow line and collided with a 2017 Chevy Silverado traveling in the opposite direction.
The driver of the Honda, identified as 40-year-old Nicholas Weber, was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The driver of the Silverado was also transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
