San Antonio and Austin are both expected to reach 94–95 degrees most afternoons through Saturday before slightly cooler readings arrive with increased cloud cover Sunday into Tuesday. Fredericksburg and Kerrville will hover in the upper 80s, while Rocksprings should hold in the mid-80s.
Drivers should be mindful of brief downpours by the weekend, which could lead to slick roads. Outdoor plans may face interruptions from scattered storms late Saturday through Tuesday, but widespread flooding is not anticipated.
