Aurora, IL – Police in Aurora are asking for the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Kamilah Ryann Day. Authorities reported she was last seen on January 8 in the 2600 block of Aleyland Avenue.
Kamilah, who has been reported missing before, has never stayed away from home this long, police said. According to the Aurora Police Department, she is 5’03” tall, weighs 142 pounds, and has black hair. She has tattoos on her left chest, right wrist, mid-back, and left calf.
Both of her ears are pierced multiple times, as well as her nose and upper lip. She may be wearing a pink puffer jacket, black sweats, green and black socks, and black sandals.
Anyone with information about Kamilah’s whereabouts should contact Aurora Police Investigations at 630-256-5500 or email tips@aurora.il.us. Police urge residents to share her photo and remain vigilant.
Authorities emphasized the urgency of locating Kamilah and ask anyone who recognizes her to come forward immediately.
