Anthony Shamon Washington, 46, of Waynesboro, allegedly turned himself in Sunday, Feb. 22, at approximately 3:30 p.m. Washington has been charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in Augusta County, possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance in Waynesboro, possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance with intent to distribute (second offense), and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in Waynesboro.
Both individuals are currently being held without bond at Middle River Regional Jail.
