According to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded around 3 p.m. on October 21, 2025, to a home in the 300 block of Sweet Clover Lane following a report of an unresponsive person. Upon arrival, officers discovered two deceased women inside the residence.
Authorities have identified the victims as Tonya Stallings, 54, and Ashley Stallings, 33, both of Ash Flat. Their bodies were transported to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory to determine the cause and manner of death.
Investigators have named Jacob Lowell Smith, 32, of Ash Flat, as a person of interest in the case. According to police, Smith should be considered armed and dangerous.
