Armed Robbery Reported at Fort Mill Burger King — York County Deputies Investigating

Fort Mill, SC – The York County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO) is investigating an armed robbery that occurred early Thursday morning at a Burger King on Highway 21 in Fort Mill.

According to investigators, the incident was reported around 6:20 a.m. A suspect — described as wearing all black clothing and a ski mask — entered the business, armed with a weapon, and demanded the employee hand over building keys and open the safe.

The suspect reportedly fled the scene with about $200 in cash. Deputies say it’s unclear which direction the suspect went after leaving the restaurant.

No injuries have been reported, and the investigation remains ongoing.
